Why we started
Pathway began as a healthcare training school, preparing nursing assistants, home health aides and home care administrators across Oklahoma. Along the way, we saw how many families needed dependable help at home, and how much the right caregiver can change a person’s day.
Pathway Home Care brings that same commitment to training and standards to the families we serve.

Licensed administrator
Our agency is led by a licensed Oklahoma Home Care Administrator who oversees care quality and compliance.
Nurses
RNs and LPNs provide skilled nursing and wound care, and supervise care plans.
Therapists and caregivers
Therapists help with recovery and mobility. Caregivers and aides help with daily living and companionship.
