What is the difference between skilled and non-medical care?
Skilled care is given by licensed nurses or therapists, such as wound care or physical therapy. Non-medical care is help with daily life, such as bathing, meals, housekeeping and companionship.
How soon can care start?
Often within a few days of the consultation, depending on the type of care and scheduling.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. We’ll talk with you about your needs and build a care plan together, at no cost.
How is care paid for?
Payment options depend on the type of care. Call us and we’ll explain rates and options for your situation.
Can I change the schedule later?
Yes. Let us know and we’ll update the care plan.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. Every nurse and caregiver passes a background check before working with clients.
