Oklahoma Home Care Administrator
Oversees daily agency operations, compliance and staff. OHCAPA certified, with an active Oklahoma Home Care Administrator license.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Skilled nursing visits, assessments, care plan oversight and supervision. Active Oklahoma RN license required.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Skilled nursing and wound care under RN supervision. Active Oklahoma LPN license and wound care experience required.
Physical Therapist (PT)
In-home therapy to restore strength, balance and mobility. Active Oklahoma PT license required.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
In-home therapy to help clients regain everyday skills safely. Active Oklahoma OT license required.
Caregiver / Home Health Aide
Personal care, companionship and help with daily living. CNA or HHA certification preferred.
